TURBOTOPLING Pyrolytic Boiler

    Operation: Bio-mass (wood)

It works on the principle of the pyrolysis of wood. During the combustion, wood completely burns with minimal part of CO in flue gasses. The firebox, in which the process takes place, is made of two parts. Burning of hydrocarbon compound takes place in the first part and in the second part those compounds completely burn. Wood is used as a fuel whose moisture is not above 25%; practically that means the wood has been dried for 12 months naturally.
Boilers are produced serially in e range of 15 kW to 300 kW. We can produce boilers up to 1MW on the basis of the order. It can be fired with wood, wood waste and wood briquettes. The firebox is big enough to put the quantity of wood enough for continual operation of 12 hours. How long one load will last depends on the quantity of necessary energy for the facility. Efficiency is 90% . Emission of flue gasses is in accordance with the European standards, and this boiler can be considered as environment friendly product. Firebox is underpressured.
Digital boiler control keeps the set water temperature in the boiler by circulating pump and fan. Boiler is designed, produced and tested in compliance with European Standard EN 303.5. Boiler can be used when directly connected to the system, but it is far better to be used with heating battery, 50litre of battery per 1kW of boiler power.
