TKM, TK and TKV Hot Water Boilers

    Operation: wood, wood briquettes, coal

Steel-sheet, hot-water boiler, TKM, TK AND TKV type, nominal hot-water output capacity 100-200 kW. Fired on solid-fuel (firewood, coal, wood briquettes). It is intended for heating of middle-sized and large facilities. The operating temperature range of the boiler is 90/70 oC.The firebox and the convection section of the boiler are made of a quality boiler-sheet and seamless pipes, with welding technology. Cleaning of the boiler is simple and easy, and boiler cleaning kit is delivered together with the boiler. The firebox door dimensions to accommodate large fuel pieces. The boiler is well insulated with pressed mineral wool in quality sheet housing. Installation and putting into operation are simple and connectors are standard thread and flanged.

Nominal power is achieved with coal – lignite Stanari, whose thermal power is 11 000kg/J. Unlike TK boiler, boiler TKV is equipped with a fan (one or two – depending on the boiler power) and distributive grille, which together improve the draft within the boiler and enables combustion of a better quality. TKM boiler is equipped with fans similar as is TKV, but has also flue gas fan installed. Control of fan operation is via digital boiler automation. Boilers TKV are installed where natural chimney draft is not enough for combustion of a great quality

Boiler TKM is equipped with multi cyclone. Multi cyclone is the device for effective reduction of solid particles from boiler in the air. Multi cyclone is the cyclone which consists of a greater number of cyclones of smaller radius which work in a parallel line. Multi cyclone is produced in block version where is welded for the boiler or it can be produced separately, by order. Separation efficiency of particles 5-10µ is about 90%. TKM boilers which are manually fired of power up to 2 000 kW, the emission o dust is p to 150 mg/m3

Dimensions of TKM, TK and TKV boilers are identical.
